By purchasing a ticket to any Essential Screen Skills (“ESS”) events listed on this website you agree to observe and abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth below and by such additional Terms, Conditions and Rules determined by ESS communicated from time to time to purchasers for the efficient or safe operation of all events.

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply find the events you would like to attend and ‘add to cart’. If you have a special code – please enter this and apply to cart.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

This is a secure website and payment is available via eway.  If you are unable to pay via this method please contact us via email.

Refunds

Full refunds will be given in line with Australian Consumer Law for any service we provided that has a fault and/or defect, also if we are unable to provide the services as described when payment was made

COVID
Given the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Essential Screen Skills will continue to monitor the situation and its impact on our events. If any events are cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic we will provide full refunds for any tickets booked.
